"ONENESS OF EACH ONE"

New lessons, new learnings and new thoughts as we have the third grading period. I've learned on how to create a movie which refers to the Windows Movie Maker. And also on how to make a web page design. In making web page design, we applied the lessons we've learned in the previous period which is the HTML tags.

In a group, you cannot prevent misunderstandings of each one. Because in a group, there are members. And each members have different instincts, thoughts and ideas . And that is because of individual differences. So, that's why I've got problems with my groupmates. We cannot decide which topic that we will be going to choose.

In order to understand each other, we let ourselves to express and explain our thoughts about the topic that we want to exploit. We have our brainstorming in order to get our point. And after we have finished to convey our own point, we have our votation. Two is to one. And Global Warming was the choosen topic that we will be going to use for our Web Page Designing.

It is very important to listen and to understand the thoughts of other. Sometimes people reject your ideas or your own point of view but at least you express what is on your mind and what do you think is the best. But the most important in a group is "oneness of each one". There is unity and empathy.
